While I applied for "Survivor 3," I must admit I never watched the original series. Just never got around to it. My love for the show was created and solidified by the great assortment they got for the Outback edition. My favorite? Amber. She's just so cute. Oh, how cute she is.

She's a very girl-next-door kind of pretty, with those gorgeous eyes and a smile that lit up the deepest regions of no man's land. Hell, I thought she would break the night vision, since she brightened up my Thursday night so much. Also working in her favor was the fact that she was so sweet. She was even able to get along with Jerri, who was not quite as pleasant as the river that washed out the camp.

My effort to get on "Survivor 3," I now admit for the first time, is a thinly veiled attempt to meet her and ask her out, maybe at a Survivor reunion party or something. "I see you lived for weeks in wild. I too lived for several weeks in the wild. Wanna smooch?" And she's from Pennsylvania, which is right above the state I live in. It could work out. Okay, I just checked MapQuest, and she's six hours away. Still, I'm willing to make it work.
